Installation and Testing:
Once it’s installed and operating, it has dual blue lighted fans which produce a very pleasant glow that is neither too bright, nor too dim.
The following components comprised the test system...
• AMD Athlon 64 3000+ Processor (Venice core)
• MSI RS480M2-IL Radeon Xpress 200
• Corsair 1GB DDR400 (512 x 2)
• Seagate Barracuda 7200.7 160GB Serial ATA 7200RPM HDD
• NEC 16X DVD Burner 3520A
• Windows XP x64 Professional
Voltage Measurement: CEN-TECH P30756 Digital Multi-meter (readings taken at the ATX connection)
Testing Software & Methodology:
• HD Tach 3.0.1.0 (Long Bench)
• SiSoftware Sandra Lite 2005.SR1
   • CPU-Arithmetic Benchmark, CPU- Multi-Media Benchmark, File System Benchmark, Memory Bandwidth Benchmark, Cache & Memory Benchmark
   • Test run 3 times, readings taken on 3rd test.
• PCMark05 Basic (All test run)
• 3DMark03 Pro (All test run)
• All readings are given as the lowest number seen during testing.
As you can see the Power Supply Unit held up very well. The biggest voltage drop while under load was only .02v. and all rails we’re well with in ATX specifications.
