Win an ioSafe Solo 500GB Rugged USB External Hard Drive

ioSafe recently sent over one of their 500GB Solo rugged USB external hard drives, and it passed the test when it came to performance and disaster protection. In the review it was barbecued at over 750 degrees, and in the end the data on the hard drive was still safe!

ioSafe is offering up a 500GB Solo to the person that can come up with the most interesting new way to test the disaster protection provided. Between the various reviews conducted around the world, and tests that ioSafe has conducted in-house, the fire and water protection have been challenged rather extensively. But, this doesn't mean that there aren't tons of new ways for the device's disaster protection to be proven.

Come up with an interesting new way to test the ioSafe Solo and not only will you win one of your own, but ioSafe just might use your idea to demonstrate the capabilities of the device at the 2010 Consumer Electronics Show.

How To Enter / Rules:

» Post your ideas for disaster testing the ioSafe Solo in this thread or in the related discussion thread on Bigbruin.com's Facebook page.
» Keep in mind that ioSafe is looking for new and interesting ways to test their product. Take a moment to look around to see what has already been done before posting. Here are some examples from the ioSafe website, and some from a Google search
