After looking at that thing for hours (ok, really like 10 minutes), I have a couple of ideas.
1. A way to hold down the expansion cards with out screws.
2. A place to mount one of those USB plates, or maybe one of those single slot system cooler fans.

Oh, I know what that is, and I missed the Q earlier...
I don't know why, but in order to make the case slightly shorter, the expansion cards are secured from the outside. You pop your agp/pci cards in as usual, but to fasten the screw, you need to remove that plastic cap and do it from the outside of the case. I reviewed a Chenming case like that...

Oh my god I feel stupid. I had this thread bookmarked and I've been going to it for the past 3 days, and I was like "WTF? why aren't these guys helping me anymore D:" Then I realize that it's 3 (totally derailed)pages! Turns out it was the end of the 1st page and I was just too blind to see there were more pages. 
Anyways, thanks for the help everyone, I would have never figured out that case thing. I still need help though.
Questions
1.) Is the PSU(300W) enough for OCing to about 2.2Ghz?
2.) I need a good fan for my heatsink, any recommendations?
3.) Dude said, "Get one more 80mm for the HDD bay, but not the lower intake. " What for the lower intake then? |

1) Probably not. A 350W or 400W will most likely be required.
2) Do you want to hear?? It all depends on how much noise you can stand as to which fan to get.

For a 80mm fan, I like these...
Smart Fan II
Fast, if you want, but comes with a speed controller that can be manually or thermally adjusted. |

1.) Hrmm, well I looked around and I came up with a couple of options within my budget.
We either have the Good PSU with the Ugly Cheap Case
Cost: $96
or
This Antec 350PSU case, which I think is spiffy.
Cost: $69
I would really like the Antec one, but do you think the 350PSU is enough for a decent OC? (I'm willing to down it to 2Ghz)
2.) If I go with this new case, it looks like I'd have to get a 120mm fan for the front, along with a fan for the heatsink.
For the 80mm hfs, I have some choices apparently:

I would go with Dr. Evil's but that's loud as hell, I don't even think my music could play over that, and the case is right out in the open. So Big Bruin's is the winner for my hsf, the adjustable speed sounds like a nice feature(if I could figure it out)

Possibly, I'm still trying to figure out my options. I would do many stability/temperature checks before I set the OC for sure.

I'm getting rid of mother board along with the beastly 866Mhz, the SDRAM(512), a 250W PSU(I think), and an ugly as hell Compaq Presario case. So if you want any of these, be my guest and speak up. I also have an old 15" aspire monitor, more unrecognizable RAM chips and motherboards from 1996. 4 PCI(I think) 56k/28k(something like that) modem cards. Oh! and a floppy + 4 GB HDD(bundle deal)! EVERYTHING MUST GO!
