Trying to figure a price on Dual setup

I have a good buddy who is going to sell a dual setup:

(Not trying to actually sell in this thread)

MSI K7D Master dual AMD chipset board (to be verified)
2 x MP1800+ chips with HSF's
and 512Mb ram

From what I can tell by watching e-bay bidding on similar stuff, it seems like this equipment should be worth around $250-300???

Is this way low, way high, or pretty close?

I have never dealt with dual server equipment before.

bah, if I had the $$ I would buy it. Seems like a good deal to me, if it's all in good condition.

And yes, its all in used but not abused condition...

Yea, that seems like the right price range... and if I hadn't just spent WAY too much I'd offer to buy it.
