Packaging and Accessories:

The packaging provides plenty of information for any user to know exactly what the Vertex 4 is capable of. The front of the box briefly covers some of the features such as TRIM support, Indilinx Infused, inclusion of a 3.5" drive adapter, and a few other pieces of information. The back provides some marketing information in a short paragraph.



The included 3.5" drive adapter is on the outside of the internal box wrapped in plastic. Once removed, it is a standard adapter with the OCZ logo on it.



OCZ provides a few other accessories including a very simple user manual, mounting screws, and a sticker to advertise that you have an OCZ SSD.



Opening the internal box, we find the drive is in an anti-static bag, nestled in a piece of foam that will protect the drive against almost all shipment damage.
