ATTO Disk Benchmark (continued):

We continue our look at the 4MB results with the graph below, which shows the write performance values. Another sizable victory for the Vertex 2.



The final stop was 8192KB (8MB), and we have read and write results in the graphs below.



The read results (above) and the write results (below) reflect the performance seen at 4MB rather closely, and confirm that once you get past a certain (lower) file size that the Vertex 2 really shines when compared to the other drives.



We didn't quite get to the maximum read and write speeds listed in the specifications, but just getting in to the ball park provides quite an impressive set of results.
