Testing (continued):

PCMark Vantage:

The hard drive suite from FutureMark's PCMark Vantage were executed next, and just a handful of the various results were selected to be displayed in the review. Each test provides results with units in terms of MB/s, where higher is better.









In three out of four of the tests I would say that the Kingston drive performed about on par with my expectations after seeing the first two benchmarks. But, when it comes to "gaming" performance something looks funky. The Kingston drive is far and away the top performer, and even though results were slightly different when repeated for confirmation, the trend was about the same.
