SiSoft Sandra Professional 2010:

Sisoftware offers one of the more popular testing suites with their Sandra series. Sandra Professional was used to test the processor in four different ways, and the results are shown in the next four screenshots. Higher is better for each test, and the units of measure for each is reported in each chart.

The first graph shows the Processor Arithmetic benchmark results, where the ASUS board takes a rare victory from the Gigabyte at stock speeds.



Next we have the Processor Multi-Media results, where the gigabyte board regains the lead.



When it comes to Multi-Core Efficiency Inter-Core Bandwidth testing you would expect the results to be the same, and they are roughly... Until the CPU is overclocked.



For our last look at a Sandra test we have Processor ALU Power Performance, where the Gigabyte board holds a slight edge, regardless of the speed implemented on the ASUS board.
