Internal Inspection:
The cover can be removed by loosening three thumb screws and sliding it a bit to the back before lifting up. Inside we find the CPU coolers and various cables pre-connected to show you exactly how to put this thing back together once your components are installed. Each CPU cooler has a similar heatpipe design with a slightly different implementation to allow the two intake fans on the power supply to provide the air flow for cooling.
Even though the two processor sockets are positioned one in front of the other, the coolers rise and twist so that they are at the back of the case and at 90 degrees from the processors.
Other features on the nForce3 250 Professional based motherboard include two DDR slots, two SATA drive connections, an AGP slot, a PCI slot, a floppy connector, two IDE connectors, various front panel connectors, and a few aluminum heatsinks to keep various components cool.
The below left image takes a look at the board towards the front of the case, while the below right image takes a look at the board towards the back of the case. In this second image we see the two intake fans for the power supply which also serve to cool the heatpipe CPU cooler fans. The CPU cooler's fins line up right next to these fans, so you can kill two birds with one stone.
The image below is of the shroud that holds the tops of the two CPU coolers together as they rest against the power supply fans. Once the coolers are secured to the motherboard, this piece simply slides in over top of them.
