Conclusion:
A 120mm case fan can't get any better than this performance wise. The Enermax UC-12EB case fan is a great product for anyone looking to add a 120mm fan or replace a noisy fan. Unless you put your ear right next to the fan you will not hear it. Many enthusiasts use water cooling for lower temperatures and ultra quiet operation. Installing this fan into a water cooled system wouldn't make a difference in noise level. It is that quiet! The only thing that I would like to have seen is some color LED lighting.
A search of PriceGrabber turns up nothing, but these fans are just now becoming available. A quick search on NewEgg.com shows that other than the Enermax UC-12EB, there isn't another 120mm case fan with more than 37.5CFM at 15-20dBA. Additionally, the UC-12EB was the cheapest of the other four fairly comparable fans I found in my search. The price of $10.99 might be a little more than some people would spend on a fan, but it is well worth it. You will have a hard time finding another fan that has a high air flow value with a low noise level value like this one does.
Given the features, performance, and silence it is easy to give the Enermax UC-12EB 120mm Enlobal Case Fan both the "Highly Recommended" and "Whisper Quiet" awards.
