That's kind of difficult when you deadlocked and stopped in traffic; besides, I do carry my Beretta .40 just in case...
BTW, nothing is illegal in FL unless you get caught..... _________________

Especially that many times these guys are bobbing and weaving to avoid mirrors, wide trucks, etc... Just seems like an accident waiting to happen, so I can't imagine a state saying please do that. |

Legal in at least some states. |

Other things I have just read say it is only legal in California. What can't you do out there?
Looks like my plan is OK in NJ - especially if I get them to hit me while doing it.
From the California Highway Patrol:
http://www.chp.ca.gov/html/answers.html
"Lane splitting by motorcycles is permissible but must be done in a safe and prudent manner."
I have never seen it like that... It is usually fast and reckless, and within inches of an accident. |

Those people are road kill just waiting to happen. When I used to do it in Ca, it was just like that... safe and prudent... That is why I have never laid my bike down, been hit, etc... |
