| yes, in CA, Safe and Prudent, and most of the motorcycles know that. I've seen a couple guys pulled over (and they were on crotch rockets) for lane splitting like dillholes. Here in Colorado, I'm stuck with the rest of the traffic. I was a little miffed about that when I moved since it was a great reason in CA to get a motorcycle (Traffic jam? Just keep going) even with the limitations. When I got my license there, they were saying that you couldn't go faster than 5-8 mph than the surrounding traffic so if it's all stopped on the freeway, your max was 8 mph even though most did 10-15. |
