That's exactly what I do; really ticks off the other drivers who are stuck idling in one of the world's biggest parking lots.

Cars I can usually see coming and I will drift out far enough onto the shoulder to block them. Amazing the number of fingers and horn honks I get then. As if I am the one doing something wrong.
The motorcycles between lanes are usually right next to me before I even know it, so they get past before I can react. Have to work on that.

Hey now.... In some states it's legal for bikes to do it. But it's NEVER legal for a car! |
