The longest project ever is finally finished. I have my truck running!

New alternator and misc small parts, pressure plate, clutch disk, pilot bearing, slave cylinder, throw-out bearing, resurfaced flywheel, new u-joints, and a patched up transmission, all done by me, without help, in my aunt's front yard... Bang Head

Anyway, it moved under it's own power this afternoon and I just have to tighten the rest of the cross-member bolts in the morning, clean out the oily bed and go to the Ford dealer to order parts for the shifter that weren't there when I took it out.

Then I can get some money again, have the pipes secured at the muffler shop and the nerf bars removed, replace the tires, shocks, power steering hoses, differential fluid, blinker fluid, muffler bearings, brake gnomes, etc.

The Ford truck diet is the best!

Details/pictures tomorrow if I can still move.

Be careful with that blinker fluid. It's highly flammable and is known to combust after exposure to rich amounts of argon.

I just finished building a tent for it and I have the air filtration running right now so it should be argon free in the morning.
