Packaging:
Zooz uses a rather low-key flat black packaging scheme for all the devices I have seen, and the Zen26 switch is no different. As we can see in the images below, you get a bit of text describing the device and a few sketches, but no actual images of the product inside.
The Basics:
Inside the box we find the switch nestled in to a green cardboard cutout, recessed enough so that the face of the switch should remain well protected in transit. Under the switch you will find a short neutral line jumper wire and the installation instruction sheet.
As shown below, the instructions are well done with plenty of images and text to guide you through the various ways you could install the Zen26 switch.
For reference, the image below shows the back of the switch, which looks just like your typical 3-way switch with holes for inserting straight wires or screws for connecting looped wires for the line, load, neutral, and traveler; as well as a ground wire somewhat hidden up at the top of the switch.
