Testing (continued):
World in Conflict (DirectX 10):
A DirectX 10 benchmark integrated with the 3D game World in Conflict was executed with a resolution of 1680x1050, and with settings on high. The benchmark provides results in terms of a minimum, maximum, and average frame rate value, and higher is better for all three.
The general trend from all tests continues with this 3D game.
Resident Evil 5 (DirectX 10):
The final 3D game to analyze is Resident Evil 5. The integrated DirectX 10 benchmark was executed with a resolution of 1680x1050, 8x Anti-Aliasing, and with settings on high. The benchmark provides results in terms of an average frame rate value, and higher is better.
This game didn't look all that bad while it was running the demo, but the results still put the HD5670 in last. While you could obviously lower the settings and resolution to make the card more enjoyable in games, most people would probably rather not.
