The RMS-16003 was delivered in just it's retail box with a label slapped on the side. It seemed to do the trick, so it is quite possible that if you bought one of these online it would show up looking exactly the same. The front and back of the box feature plenty of details about the dual monitor desk mount found inside, so if you did see it in an actual store, you could learn all you would need to know about it from just the box.
Opening the box reveals that the dual monitor desk mount is wrapped in plastic and tucked in to a pressed paper tray with all of its accessories located in compartments away from the mount itself.
In addition to the mount, you get all of the accessories you will need.
You get an instruction sheet, enough hardware to fasten two monitors to the arms, and the hardware to allow you to install this in two different ways... by clamping it to the edge of a desk, or through a hole in a desk.
