If you are creating a new profile, the second screen will require the user to decide whether the back up will be encrypted or left unencrypted. The picture on the left, shows the screen for an encrypted bac up. Entering a profile name, password, and a hint for the password will allow you to move to the next screen. The picture on the right is of the creation of an unencrypted profile where a profile name is all that is needed.



Once you have created the profile, you are almost ready to begin your back up. You will need to select the file types you want to back up. This will be more than sufficient for many users.



If the basic file types are not sufficient for you, or if you want to back up specific folders this can be done through the advanced settings menu. In addition to selecting the folders to back up, you can also configure some basic settings. These are well thought out and should be easy to follow for any user.



After you have selected all the folders you want to back up and are ready to begin, you can now allow the software to do its job.
