Around to the side is the actual I/O ports. From left to right and top to bottom we have one PS/2 port and two USB 2.0, two USB 2.0 and one unpowered eSATA port, 2 more USB 2.0, one Firewire 800 and one powered eSATA port, one Gigabit network jack and two USB 3.0 ports, and finally the six audio ports capable of 8 channel audio.
Changing the angle of the motherboard, you can see that there is a bit more to the design of the passive coolers - and additional Thermal Armor branding. If you look closely, it's apparent that there is just enough of an air gap between the top of the capacitors and the bottom of the Thermal Armor which allows for the channeling of air to cool all of the components.
Flipping the motherboard over and there's not a whole lot to see here other than the standard CPU retention bracket and ...
