FutureMark 3DMark Vantage Professional 1.0.1:
3DMark Vantage was executed in High mode (higher is better for all values). The chart below shows that at 1600MHz the OCZ Technology kit gives the test system a slight edge over the G.Skill powered system. This test is strongly focused on the GPU and CPU, so you might not expect much difference in the scores since the overclocking was limited to just the memory, but we do see a mild increase in the GPU and total scores, while the CPU score actually dropped while overclocked.
Windows 7 Experience:
Windows 7 has a simple benchmark built in to analyze the capabilities of a few key hardware components. We will focus on just the memory test, but you can also analyze your graphics card, hard drive, and processor. Higher is better for these results, and the highest possible score is 7.9.
This may be the least interesting chart ever, as there really is just one number to report: 7.8. Of interest is that all of these kits are considered to be 0.1 points away from perfection... at least in terms of what Windows 7 would want.
