Internal Inspection:

Now that we've seen what the outside of the case has to offer, lets take a look at the inside, where see that the Phantom matches the color that is on the outside. So whatever color you choose for this model, the internal color will match the outside... Something enthusiasts have been asking for for a long time. It has a lifted tray to mount the motherboard with a hole for easy access to the CPU cooler without having the need to uninstall the whole motherboard.

The side panel has two 120mm fans included, and a spot to add an additional 200mm fan (not included). The two 120mm side door fans are a great addition to cool the HDD bays, but one thing to mention is that they are connected with physical cables, and for the average consumer that would be OK, but for the enthusiast that likes to get in and out of their case numerous times to upgrade equipment or to tinker around with things, this may cause some issues. The good thing is that NZXT has provided long power cables, so you can move it off to the side without having to disconnect the cables if not needed.

NZXT has included five 5.25" drive bay slots that are almost 100% tool-less. A device can be installed by pushing back on the small NZXT clip to unlock the drive harness and then pull back on it to expose the two steel posts. Once the drive is in place, just push the posts into where the screws normally go on the back portion of the device, and then click the NZXT clip back in place. However, there is a need to secure four additional screws into the front portion of the device to hold it secure as it sits loosely in the drive bay without them.

Another feature that was noticed are the four rubber covered holes where cables can be routed and hidden behind the motherboard so that the inside has more room and not look so cluttered.
