Packaging and Accessories:

The NZXT Phantom arrived in a very nice retail box. The front portion of the box features a very simple, but adequate image of the Phantom itself. It is a beautiful case and is presented that way on the front panel.

The back panel of the box lists the needed technical specifications as well as some detailing some of the features that the Phantom offers. It also has a few smaller images of the exterior and interior areas of the case to show off some of the features that the Phantom has.

After opening the box, the Phantom is found to be packaged very well. It is held in place by two foam pieces that are molded around it, and it is also wrapped in plastic to keep it unharmed in case the outside retail box is damaged in any way. The case also has an extra layer of plastic film stuck to the front and back for added protection. Inside the box there is also a bag full of extra extension cables to be used if needed for your power supply.

NZXT is known to supply an ample amount of accessories with their products, and when opening up the Phantom case this is found to be no exception. On the inside of the case NZXT put a quick instruction manual and a white box containing numerous extra screws for various components that will be installed in the case, as well as including extra brackets for liquid cooling.

The above right picture shows the big bag of extension power cables that was discovered when the Phantom was first unboxed. The extension cables provide extra length for some of the commonly used cables in a case to help route them behind the motherboard panel. With the power supply on the bottom of the case there may be a need to use these extension cables.
