redux Fans (continued):
All of the redux fans come packed the same way, and feature about the same basic physical features. We will take a quick glimpse at the balance of redux fans before moving on to the industrialPPC units.
The first set of images shows the pair of 120mm redux fans that were sent over. One unit is 1200RPM PWM model, while the other has a maximum speed of 700RPM.
The next set of images shows the other two 140mm fans, both of which are rated for 1500RPM and are PWM (pulse width modulation ) controlled). The fan on the left is tagged with an r, which means it has the reduced frame, while the fan on the right is tagged with an s, which means it has a standard frame. Otherwise their specifications are the same.
The final pair of fans on this page include a 92mm unit and an 80mm unit. The 92mm unit is rated for a maximum of 1600RPM, while the 80mm unit is rated for 1200RPM maximum.
With the array of fans available in the redux line, you should definitely be able to find one that suits your installation's needs. While they do offer a variety of maximum speeds, you can always use your system's fan control settings, or the optionally available LNA (Low Noise Adapter) cables to modify any one of these fans to run slower and quieter.
