The included "Hard Drive Cloning Software" is a dumbed-down version of Acronis True Image that allows you to clone any harddisk or SSD. Other typical Acronis features are disabled in this version - it cannot resize partitions or perform other functions typical of the full version. Users should be aware however that cloning a harddisk to an SSD is going to lead to a less-than-optimal configuration. This software greatly simplifies the process of quickly transfering data from old drives to the new SSD - especially when you place your old drive in the provided USB enclosure.
