Passmark Performance Test 7.0 Build 1031 (64-Bit), (continued):
"Memory - Write" performance is the fourth Performance Test evaluation. Once again no significant improvement due to overclocking was identified here.
With "Memory Large RAM" results, overclocking becomes more significant. We find compared to the stock Kingston HyperX Beast numbers, the overclocked performance jumped over 9%. How does this number jump significantly while the read and write performance on the same benchmark identifies a negligible difference? It doesn't seem to make much sense.
Finally the overall composite score - "Memory Marks" indicate once the Kingston HyperX Beast 2x8GB kit is overclocked a 7% improvement in performance is measured.
