Conclusion:

The eStarling TouchConnect WiFi digital photo frame is extremely nice to setup and to use. Everything is menu driven, easy to understand, and easily configured. It is so simple to use, a non-technical friend was able to successfully configure the eStarling digital frame for gMail. eStarling is even willing to consider adding new features to the frame if the user community requests them.

There are other digital photo frames available which provide wireless connectivity, however the eStarling frame is one of the few to integrate Wireless-N. Some frames use cellular signals to receive pictures wirelessly, which you typically have to pay a fee to use, but eStarling uses the free gMail service.

Two of the best features on this frame are the Wireless-N connectivity and the auto-download of pictures from various social sites. gMail is handy as it is free to use, and is easy to setup. With the auto-download of pictures, you can set this up and then forget about it. Give the email address out to people and let them send updates. Just be careful on who sends pictures so you don't get "inappropriate" pictures sent to the frame at the Grandparents!

The biggest drawback to the frame is that it must be linked to a gMail account. It would be very helpful if any POP3 email could be used. This could be a potential way to get around the 20 second video clip limitation. In addition, the expansion card slot is for SD only, not SDHC or SDXC, so it is limited to 4GB cards.

With a retail price around $200 at places like Amazon.com, there are definitely cheaper 10" digital frames on the market. When you take into account the wide array of added features though, $199 is priced below similar devices with fewer features.

The eStarling TouchConnect WiFi digital photo frame is a high quality digital photo frame with plenty of extra features to make it even more enjoyable. In the end, it earns the Bigbruin.com "Highly Recommended" award.
