External Examination:

The Storm Enforcer is only available in one color, black, which has a satin or flat finish depending on how you look at it. The majority of the case is metal, however the front bezel is made of a heavy plastic.

On the top front of the case are some typical I/O connections, including two USB 2.0 ports, headphone and microphone jacks, and two USB 3.0 ports. The drive bays are hidden behind a door which has the CM Storm logo on it. The drive bays covers are metal with a honeycomb pattern to allow airflow, and behind the metal mesh there is a filter to help keep dust out of the case. With the door closed however, very little air will be able to go through to these drive bay doors. Below the drive bays there is a 200mm red LED fan which is also protected by a filter.

The side panel is about half covered by a window, while the front portion of the side panel has a design to it which gives it the look of layered armor plates. There is no place to mount a fan on the side panel.

The back of the case has three rubber grommets for liquid cooling, a hole for a bottom mounted power supply, seven expansion slots, and a 120mm exhaust fan. Above the expansion slots there is a place to install the cable lock cover. This could be extremely useful if the USB 3.0 cable was a pass through cable, for example.

The top of the case has a spot for another 200mm fan, or two 120mm fans. The front section is flat, which would allow for things to be stored... USB drives, memory cards, or there is even enough room for a hard drive. The bottom of the case has four large feet to keep it raised up so the power supply can be supplied with cool air. A filter is installed to help keep the power supply dust free.
