Packaging and Accessories:

The front of the Thermaltake BlacX Duet box features a clear image of the product and the interfaces supported. The back of the package displays a list of features and specifications, as well as an image of the product with a 2.5" SATA drive inserted, and one with a 3.5" SATA drive inserted. There is also a labeled image depicting the ejection mechanism, SATA connectors, and power/activity switch and LEDs.

I find the packaging to be informative, easy to understand, and cleanly designed.

The product is well protected, but not excessively so. There is a foam insert protecting the top of the docking station, and the bottom is surrounded by a cardboard piece that in addition to protecting the docking station houses the included accessories.

Thermaltake includes an eSATA cable, USB 2.0 cable, 12v power adapter, and quick installation guide with the docking station.
