Removing the headset from the carrying case reveals how compact they really are. Both of the earpieces swivel inward and fold up on hinges so they take up minimal space in your backpack, briefcase, or travel bag.



The earpiece cushions are thick and very comfortable. There are also two additional pads on the headpiece for added comfort during long periods of use.



Getting the NC1s ready for use takes mere seconds and even though they fold up nice and compactly, once opened they are certainly full-sized - right around the same size as other popular over-the-ear headphones like Beats by Dr. Dre or Bose QuietComfort 15.



Once fully extended, there is plenty of room for the NC1s to fit over pretty much any hoodie, cap, or larger noggened individuals.
