First we will start with the Stick Up Cam. The housing is all black but the top section that houses the lens is gloss black.
There is a slight bulge around the lens and the back has three mounting points to give the greatest flexibility in mounting angles. The supplied mount, when connected to these points will allow you to adjust tilt and yaw to get the area you want captured. On the right side about mid-way there is a status LED. Really the device is very straight forward.
Also on the back you will find two rubber caps. On the left side is an orange button you use for set up and the other has a micro USB port for charging. These little rubber caps are retained and are designed to keep the elements out.
Similarly, the solar panel is very simple. There is only one wire and it is a permanently connected micro USB cable. The end of the cable has a rubber cover on it to maintain a weather tight seal to the Stick Up Cam. The back of the panel has a notch that is designed to allow the supplied base to slide into the notch. The base itself only allows for adjustment in one plane.
