Packaging and Accessories:
Sapphire's packaging is generally artistic and informative, and the 512MB Vapor-X Radeon HD4850 is no different. You get plenty of information, and instead of images of a scantily warrior princess, here we have a few penguins
chilling on ice.
The below left image shows the front of the box, while the below right image shows the back.
Inside the box, it seems that Sapphire has taken steps to go green by reducing the amount of packaging. Everything is still well protected, but the amount and type of material used is noticeably different.
The images above show everything you get. In the above left image we see a manual, a CrossFire bridge, and a 4-pin Molex to 6-pin PCI Express power adapter. In the above right image we see the pile of discs you receive. You get a driver CD, a copy of Ruby ROM Volume II, 3DMark Vantage, Cyberlink PowerDVD, and Cyberlink DVD Suite.
As usual, Sapphire has not included any games with this card. Other things that may seem to be lacking are video adapters. We will see that the card features a VGA, DVI, and HDMI connection onboard, so adapters were not included.
