The Basics (continued):
The next thing I noticed really does not effect how well the Desktop Extension Station works, but was a good indication of things to come. Logysis misspelled the word "Monitor" on the switch panel spelling it "Moniter", but they did manage to spell it correctly on the corresponding rear A/C socket.
Overall the Desktop Extension Station is not a bad looking unit. Personally, I would prefer seeing it in black and clear rather than white and clear, but this is all personal choice.
On the left side of the front panel is the Master A/C switch, along with four individual A/C control switches.
In the middle are the four USB ports and a small clear cover bearing the Logisys logo which is held in by two screws from below. This cover is removed to allow mounting of an external 3.5" drive or device.
On the far right is where we find the now repaired drawer meant to house an external 5.25" drive.
Finally, from the rear we have the A/C sockets, A/C fuse, A/C power cord, and the USB cable.
