The Basics:
Out of the packaging we can see each module clearly. When it comes to memory, what makes a kit unique is its heatspreader.
There is a large “NVIDIA SLI-Ready” logo on each side, and the XTC honeycomb heatspreader design is colored black. The images below show each module from the front (left image) and back (right image).
 
The image below shows the kit's specifications sticker close up. It has a blazing fast speed of PC3-16000 (2000MHz), with timings of 9-9-9 at just 1.8 volts.
The cool black honeycomb heatspreaders are attached to the module's chips with thermal tape, and are not held together by clips or any other mechanical means. This is good because you will know that the heatspreaders are definitely touching the memory and drawing heat off of the memory chips. The below left image shows a long view of one of the sticks, while the below right image shows a top view.
