NZXT Tempest Mid-Tower ATX Case

Interior Inspection:
Once opened this case seems to offer quite a few cool features.
Tool-less 5.25" bay mounts are a feature I found useful on cases used in the past. The mounts can also be removed to allow you to use screws, should you desire. As shipped there are only three 5.25" bays available, and only two should you decide to use the included 3.5" external bracket. If you need more, you have the option to remove one hard drive bay to add three more 5.25" bays. NZXT provides additional tool-lees brackets to be used in that area as well.
NZXT also incorporated a set of hard drive cages, each of which supports the tool-less installation of up to four hard drives each. I should note that you will have to use a screwdriver in order to remove both cages, along with the 120mm intake fan on the front. The position of the intake fans and the vertical mounting of the drives should provide optimal cooling.
Speaking of cooling, lets have a look at the upper rear corner of the case. Here you can see this case means business when it comes to exhausting hot air.
The location of these three exhaust fans should pull away any heat your system could provide. Critical areas around your processor and chipset are taken care of. Also seen in this photo is the fan connector. Every fan provided can be plugged into a standard 4-pin drive connection or directly to your motherboard's 3-pin fan connectors. Visible in the lower left picture is the pre-drilled mount for a dual 120mm radiator at the top of the chassis. NZXT tested with radiators such as the Swiftech MCR220, the Asetek Dual radiator solution, and the Thermaltake TMG2. In the picture to the lower right is a close up of the connection found on all of the fans included.
