Although it is not technically new, this is the most thorough, highest quality refurbishment that I have ever seen on any type of product, and it could easily pass for new minus the green sticker stating otherwise.
The most significant issue with the Lexmark P450 Compact Photo Printer with CD Burner is the speed at which it does just about everything. From simply warming up for use, to printing photos from any source, to writing a CD, it is just really slow. This definitely isn't a device for the impatient, but if you have a couple minutes you will be pleased with the results provided.
Given the extremely low price, simple operation, variety of printing and sharing options, and the high quality prints produced, I award the Lexmark P450 Compact Photo Printer with CD Burner the rating of "Recommended" and "Good Value".
