The RAM Fan:
The images below show the front and back of the RAM Fan's packaging. Although the photos and brief text on the package may be enough for most people, including some more detailed instructions might be a good idea.
The RAM Fan can be seen in a top view in the image below. The clear plastic fan can be seen through the stylish, but marginally protective grill stamped into the aluminum frame.
Despite the fan having a 3-pin power plug, it only uses two wires. There is no RPM sensing lead, meaning that fan speed control will be somewhat blind.
The below left image shows a view from the side, where you can see the contours of the cooler and how it might clip on to the ends of a pair of memory modules. The below right image takes a look at the cooler from below, where the entire face of the clear plastic, LED adorned fan can be seen.
Something else you might notice is that there is nothing mechanically fastening the fan to the frame, and it appears to be held in place by a double sided tape of sorts. Although it feels strong now, it is possible that extended use in a hot environment could weaken it and allow it to fall off.
