Cooler Master Hyper N520 CPU Cooler
March 17, 2009

Cooler Master does their best to live up to their name, and they are constantly releasing new products to tame the heat inside modern computer systems. They offer a wide range of CPU coolers intended to fit the needs and budgets of a variety of users, and they have a handful of new products on the market to consider.

This review is going to take a look at one of these newer CPU coolers, the Hyper N520. This unit takes the widely used design of the heatpipe tower cooler and implements a handful of subtle changes to create something unique. As shown in the promotional image below, the Hyper N520 features two 92mm cooling fans mounted in a slightly offset push-pull arrangement that draw the heat away from a set of five copper heatpipes.

Before taking a closer look at the sample provided for review, let's take a look at some published data on the Hyper N520 CPU cooler as taken from the official product page on the Cooler Master website.
