Conclusion:
You can’t ever say that something is perfect, but overall the Thermaltake Armor+ MX VH8000BWS mid tower ATX case is very satisfying. The only thing it lacks is the enormous void that a full tower provides you with. It has succeeded in providing ease of installation, maintenance and functionality. In this small(er) package you get a majority of the conveniences available on the market today, without shelling out the big bucks or giving up the big space. This is a quality case worth considering.
The styling of the case is another key feature. The Armor series from Thermaltake has a distinctive look thanks to the protective shields (flaps) up front, but overall the case has a simple, neutral look that could fit in just about anywhere. Cooling is another strong point with this case, as there are three fans included to get the job done. In addition to two 120mm fans, a 230mm fan in the side panel keeps the air moving without making much noise.
A search of the Internet shows that this case carries a decent price for all that it offers. The average price is around $130 to $140 (US), but a $30 presently available at Newegg.com brings the final price just under $100. Not bad at all, and over $100 less than the full tower version!
The Thermaltake Armor+ MX VH8000BWS mid tower ATX case is well made, attractive, easy to use, and competitively priced. With all of the positives, and no real negatives to list, it earns the Bigbruin.com "Highly Recommended" award.
