Installation:
Installation was a breeze, as it should be for a power supply. Mounting it should be no problem, as it's pretty much the standard size, except for that little power plug on it. Once you mount it and turn it on, you can see the blue LED fan light up.
The 5.25" power station is as simple as installing any optical drive. Slide it into a free 5.25" drive bay, and put in some screws. Attaching the power cables was probably the most difficult stage! Once it's all plugged in and power is flowing, you can see the LEDs light up, telling you power is available.
The inside portion of the 5.25" power station's plugs light up with blue LEDs as well! This provides a little extra "bling" and is a nice way to light up the plugs.
As for the mini power station, I placed it on the bottom of the Thermaltake Tai-Chi case, and used a short 4-pin Molex cable, instead of the long one, because I needed the long one for the ECS KN1 SLI power. This doesn't seem to be an issue, as all the fans I plugged into the mini power station started right up without any problems. You can place the mini power station anywhere you have space, the included Velcro would come in handy to place this on a vertical location.
Once everything is all set up and plugged in, you can finally turn your system back on. Here you can see the amount of light that the blue LEDs provide. They were surprisingly bright.
