Testing (continued):

PassMark Performance Test Advanced Disk Test (64-Bit):

PassMark's Performance Test v7.0 offers a variety of stock system benchmarks, but by selecting the Advanced tab you can configure some additional tests to your liking. For the first round of tests in this review I decided to try out three different advanced disk tests, each of which provides results in units of MB/s (where higher scores are better). Checking the heading of each chart will show how the tests distributed the reading and writing components of the test, as well as how much of the tests were random accesses.

These tests may provide a fairly good real world assessment of the drives in a business setting. No number for pure read or write tests, but a blend of both that you might actually see day-to-day. What we see is that this Kingston drive can't really hand with the two faster, higher priced SSDs, but when compared to a traditional hard drive is does look really good.
