However, I would like to see a few things included; such as a media card reader, eSATA ports, and perhaps some small exhaust fans. Finally, some tool-less expansion slots would be a nice touch.

A price check shows the Chieftec BL-01B Bravo case sells for $69.99 at Xoxide, which is $5 less than what the competition (Newegg.com) offers it for. For a well built mid-tower case, this is definitely a competitive price.
