3DMark Vantage:
3DMark Vantage was executed with two different configurations, and an attempt was made to run at a third. The "Entry" test has the system configured with a resolution of 1024x768 with some of the settings turned down. The "Performance" test has the system configured with a resolution of 1280x1024, and the settings are fairly high. The next step up the ladder would be "High" which uses a 1680x1050 resolution, but after three failures in a row with these settings I decided to stick with Entry and Performance.
The "Entry" results are shown below, and the first thing you might notice is that doubling up the memory didn't really help. Since the operating system was only seeing just over 3GB of the 4GB anyway, I figured I might as well dedicate more of it to the frame buffer.
The "Performance" results are shown below, and again we see that giving it 512MB, instead of 256MB, really doesn't help much. Performance scores are easier to compare, as I have generally run in this mode, and many other review sites do, as well. From what I have seen, the total score of the graphics on the ECS GF9300T-A would fall somewhere around what a Radeon HD3450 might be capable of, and well below some other low end dedicated cards such as the Radeon HD4550 and GeForce 9400 GT.
