The Cables:
Like most power supplies, the cables exit the chassis in a cut out section, as shown in the images below. There is nothing to keep the cables from causing a short if a wire should become exposed, but that is extremely unlikely as the edges are rolled to help avoid any cutting of the cables. Also, while it is not required, it would be nice if the cables were wrapped starting inside the chassis, as this helps to keep the ugly braid of cables hidden as much as possible.
Xclio does a great job at wrapping the cables, and placing the connectors on long cables. However, they failed to completely wrap the cables between the connectors. While this does not impact the quality of the power supply, it does affect the aesthetics of the installation.
There are a total of 16 SATA and 4-pin Molex connectors, with four connectors on each of the four lines. One of the lines of 4-pin Molex connectors includes a floppy connector. Xclio included enough PCI-E power connectors for a quad SLI system, and there are two leads of PCI-E cables, each with two 6-pin PCI-E connectors. The main motherboard power connector is a standard 20+4 connector, while the auxiliary power connector is the 4+4 model. This is great, as it ensures compatibility on systems needing the 4-pin or 8-pin auxiliary connector.
