If the prophecies of Dec 21, 2012 and all related signs are true, then all that we can do is bend over and kiss our a$$es goodbye. |

California falling into the sea, Yellowstone blowing up, meteor crashing into Earth - those would be signs. Haiti, on one of the more volatile tectonic plates having earthquakes, not so much. _________________

We couldn't get lucky enough to have the first one happen.. ...well at least the coastal portion, maybe not so much the rural part of Kali. |

I believe the Haiti earthquake was a result of us not getting a deal done in Copenhagen. At least that's what it sounded like Danny Glover said when he was interviewed.
My take, don't mess with nature. Natural disasters have been around longer than humans. the more people you put on the planet, the more that are going to die from them.
Blaming the end of the world on an overworked Mayan astronomer because he wanted to stop at the winter solstice 500yrs in the future is just silly. I mean, it's not like they had computers and printers, they had to carve everything in STONE, give the poor guy a break. _________________

who's to say there aren't more calendar stones. The conquistadors destroyed everything they could find, so maybe they broke the one that had good news one it.
Besides, no one ever said 2012 was the end of the world. It simply says that something will change.
Now if you buy into the whole destruction of the Earth BS, check out what this nut-job has pieced together:
