My Liquid Cooling System (Thermaltake)

Hey Dudes......i bought a new thermaltake Liquid cooling which is called the symphony it's Cool & Great but there is one problem when a leave it for about 8-10 hours While my computer is Shuted down And when i wake up the next day & open my computer I Hear a loud (Very high) sound then i close my computer and open it again & the sound is gone So whats the problem Please NOTE: my computer is in a position higher than my liquid cooling system ...............Please Inform me as soon as possible..................HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED

Hi - and welcome.

Could be a fan, or it could be the pump running dry. Do you have the system fully primed... no air in the lines?

Thanks For Your Replies .......... First the cables R fine & there is nothing wrong with the fan Also the pump is not running dry but how should i know that there is no air in the lines & if there is how shall i remove it........Anyway i have ordered a [CL-W0043] which is a CPU water Block with Fan aiming that this noise goes off.......Waiting for U guys to help me Solving this.

It may not be totally dry, but any air in the lines can cause issues. Is the tubing clear? Have a look for air.

Many times air can get trapped in places you can't see (like in the pump or in the reservoir) and make start ups tougher.

The system eventually runs quieter, right? Once you get the system running smoothly you can try running with the fill cap off and adding fluid as you go... make sure the fill area is at the high point of the system for this though, so the air rises up.

Hi everyone especially Kilamon , id like to inform u that I'm not used to move my case usually and also my cables and hoses are great nothing wrong with them , About the noise i hear its not a fan noise at all its a sort of rough noise that vanish away as soon as i restart my PC , Also about my system specs;My processor is IntelÂ® Coreâ„¢2 Extreme Processor QX6700 , and my memory is 8GB Kingston , My VGA is NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTX (GV-NX88X768H-RH) , motherboard is GA-965P-DQ6 , Hard disks inside the case are Six with 500GB sata for each one of them and my system is on western digital 160GB sata 7200RPM..All of that in a 3D Aurora 570 gigabyte chassie...All my components are liquid cooled with Thermaltake products,,,And Still that Noise is driving me CRAZYYYYYY Bang Head

I am still leaning on the pump motor... I have had similar experiences before... Sounds bad, warms up, and all is fine. Confused
