Exercise Routine

New exercise routine. If you're over 40, you might want to take it easy at first, then do it faster as you become more proficient. It may be too strenuous for some.

Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise program!

i think this program is too intensive for me.

Try 1/2 repitition at a time to start.

But don't forget the cool down period...make sure the wine is cold!

That's the problem... no body who's straight drinks wine. Real men drink beer. Which is it's own exercise... 12 oz curls!
