So, can I from a Linux workstation, login, open up my e-mail client and be logged into the e-mail server on my account, then open up my files grab a file from the network share, then open up my browser, hit the corp intranet and get access to the groups websites that I need.
OOOO And it's all the same user name and password, that I only entered one time, and when I change the password, I will have to do it all one time? Even if I'm using something like 2 factor authentication?

It does do Calendar and Email with the password saved logins. To do the network share that you discussed would be a different system, but given the proper requirements you need for it, something can be whipped up.
And I don't know what "groups websites" would be considered. I never got that far into Exchange or Kolab. I know there's some file saving stuff and shared contacts (which Kolab also has).
But here's an example of network share stuff. When I boot up my laptop, I create an init script to see what network it's on (it's wireless, mind you), and if it's on my personal wireless router or the campus wireless infrastructure, it will mount to a share on my desktop and access all my music, movies, documents, programming files, etc. And even Windows can access the sahre given the proper system login was used. I would even be able to access it over the internet, however, the campus has a firewall so that's a nogo. _________________ 5 home-built PCs, ASUS A6Jc Laptop, and a PowerEdge 2650 - all running Gentoo.
