The Netgear ProSafe's are pretty good though too, but that Linksys with the 3rd party firmware is very impressive.

ive been usin one of those for about 6-8 months now havent had any real problems that i know of.... other than the thing weights about the same as a peice of paper thats a sign of cheap in my mind

But Linksys are CISCO ........

The only thing that went wrong with my previous linksys is that it did not like hurricanes and getting 85 - 185 v AC on the powerline.
I replaced it with a WRT54G and that's working fine including a wireless network set up today.

supid routers Laughing ...i have linksys at my moms and a sbc 2wire wifi at my dads Grin ...both are pretty bad.

I went ahead and bought a Prosafe from Netgear. We'll see how this one works.

At least it comes with VPN.... that could be fun.....

dude i sport my 3com 24 port..but it has a lack of wifi so i only use it to connect my server my lappy and my main rig...otherwise i sue my crossover or my wifi.

The prosafe's are pretty good. I don't think they are real popular though.

Right now I'm running THIS The 660 one Grin

I've got a Pix that I'm deciding if I should keep the Pix or the routefinder.
