Yea, It's funny it seems that problems go back in forth between FedEx & UPS. However in the last couple of years FedEx has been more reliable (sometimes even delivering early) than UPS has for me. Heck USPS has been better.

Don't count on it. Newegg's new "3 day Guaranteed" is UPS ground. They are like 50/50 on getting here in 3 days.

I call them up and b!%@# about it every time. And when you do they say it's the shippers fault, and you tell them "Well it says guaranteed 3 day on your web site, so I guess it's your problem to deal with".

I've generally had good service with newegg, maybe they have you marked!

Well heres one hell of a story.

I am in college so my billing and shipping info is different. Well i ordered a $40 part 3 weeks before this with no problem with my american express card. Well new egg tells me that my shipping info for my credit ard is different so i need to change it so it ships.... My school internet goes down as i am trying to fix this, i call my mother at home, get the lecture cause i spent 1k on computer stuff and still no dice.

all up my American express sunday night, get them to add this current shipping adress to my credit card and resubmit to newegg. I get the same problem, i call to confirm it with american express, i get the same problem, i call up american express again, i add the exat same adress, as i was told by american express making myself lok like an idiot in the process, and then re submit my stuff to newegg, still the same problem. Due to classes, homework, class meetings and study groups, i haven;t had time to sit on hold with new egg untill today, i did, called them, got someone told them all the crap i had gone through and that i changed it on my credit card..... FInally its past step one....

I don;t get it, if i resubit the information.... shouldn;t they friggan check it again instead of just assumming i had not fixed it on my credit card end???? If they had i mighta goten the parts on friday instead i will get them next week sometime when i have absolutly no time to assemble it as i have 2 major exams on thursday and tuesday.... And have to keep studying for them during the week....

Kind of pisses me offf to be honest. It just seems that they were to lazy to check again and just immedly said " same information, this person must be an idiot" instead o just double checkign it and takign the extra 3 mins to do so.....

My co-worker ended up buying his laptop from someone else because he had the wrong Phone Number on his card, and he got such a run around from New Egg about it (ending with they had to call him at his home number during business hours) that he just said it wasn't worth it.

They have some issues on the CC verification becasue I'm sure they have been burned more than once.

i don;t have a problem with it, i appreciate it because then i don;t get crazy charges that takesme months to argue and fix, however, when i resubmit the data, i want them to run it throguh the same verification again.... i took care of the problem the night they sent me the e-mail but it took them 3 days to figure it all out.....

Then the whole " confirmation" took 1 1/12 days... now they say wil ship in 1-2 days... So if it doesn;t ship today... i would sya i am just suprised in the slip in newegg's new ways...

If you want to bench your graphics card, look into 3dmark or even the source stress test.
