Or you can try MemTest86, which is normally good, but the best (and most expensive) is a hardware tester.

memtest86+ and Prime95 do a great job for being free. I also used both of these programs to test my RAM (and Prime95 to test CPU, too) to ensure there's no problems when I undervolted my RAM and CPU.

windows version of memtest is stated to be the better version to get errors.
